What to check before arranging your delivery.
Your shipment details
Online quotes are indicative and based on the locations, quantities, weights, dimensions and handling arrangements supplied. Include all packaging and pallets in the measurements. Provide full street addresses for the most specific location assessment. Changes to these details may change the price.
Collection and deliveries
Each delivery is assessed from the common pickup location using driving routes with toll avoidance selected. Google prioritises avoiding toll roads where reasonable, but this setting does not guarantee a toll-free route. An online result does not confirm a particular vehicle, delivery sequence, route, collection time or delivery time. Routes are used for pricing and do not replace checks for truck access, height, weight or site restrictions.
Freight, fuel and GST
All amounts are in Australian dollars. The freight subtotal includes applicable access and handling charges for the details supplied. The 30% fuel surcharge, total excluding GST, GST and total including GST are displayed separately. Special equipment, unusual cargo or site requirements may need a quote from our team.
Tailgate deliveries
Each packed unit, including its pallet, must fit within a 240 cm by 140 cm footprint in either orientation and weigh no more than 1,000 kg. Height is assessed separately for transport. For freight exceeding these limits, choose crane or Moffett unloading and contact Nova to confirm a suitable arrangement. Crane and Moffett deliveries, residential pickups and tailgate loading at pickup require a tailored quote.
Confirm before booking
Contact Nova with the quote reference and shipment details to confirm availability, the final scope and price, and arrange the movement. Submitting the quote form does not make a booking or take payment.
Location services
Address suggestions, address checks and route calculations use Google Maps Platform. Check any suggested address before requesting a quote, including the correct branch, unit and postcode. Use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
